Below are the first 3 questions from a wellbeing checklist to help you get a quick sense of how you’re tracking today.
These questions are taken from the How Are You Going? wellbeing tool created by the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP).
How are you feeling?
- Well: Self-aware and calm
- Noticing changes: Irritable or impatient
- Unwell: Angry, frustrated, or feeling out of control
What’s your stress level?
- Well: Coping well
- Noticing changes: Worried or nervous
- Unwell: Very nervous, panicky, or overwhelmed
What’s your outlook?
- Well: Positive
- Noticing changes: Feeling overwhelmed or losing motivation
- Unwell: Feeling hopeless or experiencing depressive thoughts
